League Details

How Does It Work?

It's 5 on 5, 3 men and 2 women on the court at all times and no goalie. We play in large high school gyms with 4' x 6' goals and those cool fuzzy felt indoor soccer balls. We keep it exciting for everyone on the team.  This league is ONLY for Casual Players.

What’s the Cost and What’s Included?

Early/regular registration will open Feb 7 and close Feb 22/Mar 7 or earlier if the league sells out. League fees are $ 1300/1400 for a team of 12-15 players ($35 for each additional player over 12 - no limit to number of players on your roster) and $ 130/140 for individuals (we'll get everyone on a team). ZogSports donates a percentage of our profit to charity.


Fee includes:
  • 7 regular season games.  There is no scrimmage for this league
  • One head referee/game
  • 50% of teams will make the heart-wrenching single elimination playoff tournament
  • One t-shirt per person on the roster
  • Gym fees
  • Equipment
  • "Prize Money" from our sponsors donated to the winning team's charity of choice
  • League administration
  • Organized Happy Hours at local bars after the games

When Does it Start and When Are the Games?

The regular season will start on 3/28. The league runs on Friday evenings 7-10PM. There will be no games on Passover or Memorial day weekend because of the holidays.

Where Are We Playing?

All games will be played In Manhattan at these fantastic and very convenient high school gyms

  • High School for Environmental Studies (56th b/w 9th and 10th)
Please note that game times and locations are a good guideline but may change slightly.

What Are the Rules?

This is a fun, recreational league. So we want everyone to play, stay involved and stay safe. The key rules are:

  • 5 on 5, 3 men (maximum) and 2 women (no maximum) on the court at all times
  • In a gym, no goalie, with small goals. Side walls are live, back walls above 10 foot line are out
  • Two 23-minute running halves
